Policies
For All Programs & Sessions
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Sessions must be scheduled at least 48hrs in advance. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled session without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), are non-refundable. In these cases, the full session & fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
All schedule changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.

If you experience a true emergency or encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from attending your session, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered occasionally and will be handled on a case-by-case basis and within reason at the sole discretion of Precisely Speaking.
Time Zone Scheduling Policy
You are responsible for scheduling your sessions using my Calendly booking link. Please carefully review the time zone displayed when selecting your appointment time.
Calendly automatically converts available appointment times to your local time zone, so it is your responsibility to confirm that you have selected the correct time zone and session time before booking.
If an error is made during scheduling, I will do my best to accommodate a change when possible; however, adjustments are not guaranteed and may result in the loss of a scheduled session.
Multiple Session Comprehensive Program Policy
Full pre-payment of your package is required to reserve your session time slots. If you choose the three-month payment plan option, payment must be received before additional sessions can be scheduled.
The initial 12-session program is an intensive training period designed to establish the foundation for our work together. To achieve the best results, you are expected to commit to 12 weekly sessions. Within the four-month program period, two reschedules are permitted without penalty.
All 12 sessions must be completed within four months from the date of purchase/enrollment. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire, and payment for unused sessions will be forfeited.
Think of the 12-session package as a 12-week university course. While unexpected situations may arise and occasional schedule changes may be necessary, consistent weekly participation is essential for making meaningful progress with your speech.
After completing the initial 12-session program, scheduling becomes more flexible, and sessions may be scheduled individually as needed. The more structured cancellation and rescheduling policy applies only during the initial program period to support your progress and ensure continuity of training.
Summary of 12-Session Package Expiration & Cancellation Policy

Sessions purchased as part of a 12-session package expire four months from the date of purchase/enrollment.

After two cancellations or reschedules, additional reschedules will not be permitted.

Single Session Policy
After completing the initial 12-session program, scheduling becomes much more flexible. You may schedule individual sessions at your convenience based on your specific needs and goals.
These sessions are ideal for maintaining the speech improvements you have achieved, refining specific skills, or preparing for an upcoming project, presentation, interview, or important professional event.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session time slot. The cancellation and rescheduling policy remains in effect:

Punctuality Policy
Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled session.

Full sessions are 50 minutes, and half sessions are 25 minutes. Sessions begin and end promptly at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the remaining time will be forfeited.
To get the greatest benefit from your sessions, please be prepared and ready to begin at your scheduled appointment time.
